K1100LT discs

Postby BarryM » Wed Sep 12, 2018 9:34 pm

My front discs have been chattering for quite some time and I bought new bobbins from Motorworks quite a while ago but didn’t fit them, went to buy for the other disc and the design has changed!

Huge difference now I have them fitted and wish I’d done it yonks ago. The new type have a wavy washer which really reduces movement compared to the original style.

Hi George, I’m afraid I can’t post photos in Tapatalk but can’t login to the forum on my PC (trying to get my password reset but it’s not working) . If you look on Motorworks website you can see the new style which uses a wavy washer to take up movement and a “proper’ circlip compared to the OEM style
