Have you got a doctor's opinion of the lack of grip and movement difficulties?

That sounds really dodgy to me and a tad strange.
It's a leftover from the spinal impact that switched my arms and legs off for a while, apparently.

That is proper scary. Injuries you can see like broken bones or missing bits, bits with holes in are all bearable but stuff like that worries me.

Sounds scary Pete.
Hope the recovery leaves no lasting damage.

Looks very nice. How old ?
Only 8k miles - must have spent much more time in the garage than on the road !

It's a late '13 reg. The owner did 1-and-a-bit k miles a year! Comes with dealer-fit Garmin too, and the heated comfort seat.

Are you going to buy the remains of your bike off the insurance company?

No...although I'd just put new suspension units on it, it'd be nice to get them back I suppose.

Well you can buy it cheaper than anyone so better get asking. Be a shame to let it go to someone that is just going to remove all the bits and stick them on ebay then sell whatever is left as a cafe racer,

George

It has George, I picked it up yesterday! It's really smooth compared to my older one, the comfort seat is fantastic too, I could really tell the difference compared to the standard one.

I cant wait to do some proper runs out on it!

Hi Pete,
Sounds very similar to my bike a 2011 1200rt se mu with a comfort seat Image
I can’t wait until we’re able to safely start our Northern Meets so I can give her a longer run. I’m planning to ride to Sammy Miller Museum in October that will be a great test for the comfort seat....

Keith
