I love the RP accent. It is so easy to hear and listen to, no need for instant googling when they talk either due to only using words that are in the dictionary.

They should bring it back to the BBC and all the other TV channels. Good for the environment too. All those TVs having the volume turned down 5 notches must save significant energy. :)

Good find Ced. I remember my father having some ships big ends remetaled with white metal in the late 60s. And I wonder how many of the machinists had skin issues with the cutting oil on bare skin.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

I’m at getting, day by day, angrier and angrier that the BBC are allowing reporters to drop their ‘t’s!!!!!!!

It is actually more work dropping the ‘t’ than pronouncing it.

Bloody idiots, they just want to fit in with an ever lowering of quality idiotic bunch.
