Hi from Inverclyde

Postby Martirock » Fri May 10, 2019 8:56 pm

Hello,

I'm Martin from Inverclyde, and recently purchased an R100S Exklusiv Sport, which is unbelievably good quality compared my Japanese bikes of similar vintage.

Been riding 40 years and only had 1 previous airhead, an R80RT, which I liked but didn't like the full fairing. Seems like this is the place for good advice and chat.

My bike pictured.

Hi,

Welcome aboard...

In case you're interested, there is an active Northern Group on the forum (membership of the club not required) that organises informal lunch meets at various locations in Scotland and the Borders... keep an eye on the 'General Motorcycle Chat' forum.

There is also a schedule at https://www.bmbikes.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=27971.

You'd be very welcome if you were to come along...

Rob

Welcome aboard. That bike looks very clean indeed. Enjoy and bring it to a meet sometime.

Thanks guys, nice to see there's some local activity. I may well come along to one of the chat nights at EK Motorrad. I don't tend to get a lot of time to ride these days, but the boxer makes me want to ride a lot more often.
